1.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account with jbajie, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, not on behalf of a business or third party;
• You are acting on your own personal account and not for or on behalf of any other person;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jbajie or any affiliated platform;
• You have not previously had an account terminated by jbajie for breach of these Terms.

1.2 Registration Process

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number. jbajie reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to request supporting documentation to confirm your identity and age. Failure to provide accurate information or to cooperate with verification requests may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending balance.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on jbajie. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where jbajie detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed on the deposit screen at the time of the transaction. Deposits made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) are credited to your jbajie wallet in BDT. jbajie does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. jbajie accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, jbajie may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). 2.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Any account suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

4.2 Bet Acceptance & Void Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by jbajie. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification within the platform. In the event of a technical error, systems failure, or manifest pricing error, jbajie reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. jbajie's decision in such matters is final.

4.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) at the time of settlement. For cricket markets, this includes the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
